Since our Series B fundraise led by Primus Capital last fall, we’ve doubled our employee headcount and placed strategic focus on appointing key executives who will further our mission of helping revenue teams create momentum and achieve goals in a work-from-anywhere world. In 2021, Salesloft alums Butler Raines, VP of Product & Engineering, and Chris Mills, VP of Marketing, joined the team, alongside Erin Tomlinson, VP of Commercial Sales and Operations, and Mary Foster, VP of Demand Generation.

How did we grow our revenue 4.6x from 2018 to 2021 (the period Inc. 5000 evaluates)? A cross-functional, customer-centric team. All of our people show up to work every day with drive, creativity, and an enthusiasm to deliver quality software solutions that truly serve our customers. 

Earlier this summer, we introduced the Revenue Performance Platform™, the industry’s first holistic product, which empowers sales leaders to identify and close the performance gap between their reps’ current results and true potential. The three pillars of the platform—Performance Intelligence, Coaching Orchestration, and Sales Gamification—all work together to enable revenue organizations to hit and achieve their goals through increased sales activity, consistent coaching, rep recognition, and a positive culture that retains top performers longer. 

At Ambition, we practice what we preach. We’ve not only built a culture of accountability and encouragement that drives high performance on our internal teams; we’ve built a product that enables our customers to do the same. On October 20, 2022, we’re excited to bring together our customers, partners, and other key revenue leaders and influencers for PEAK, an Ambition Sales Summit. This one-day conference will be held in our hometown of Nashville and will continue to drive forward-motion within the company.
