New Feature: Record-Based Triggers

Ambition has had what we refer to as "Metric-based" Triggers for several years now where you can build push-notifications and reports based on when certain thresholds are/aren't met. 

Common Examples:

  • Send an alert to the Ambition TV when a user surpasses 50 calls today
  • Send a report to my email address for every user with less than 10 calls at 10AM

Record-Based Triggers

We're excited to unveil our "Record-based" system for more flexibility and granularity in tracking events and creating notifications within Ambition. You can now track individual events based on custom logic, no code record. 

The example below shows how you can create a Trigger that will fire every time a Lead is converted with "Number of Employees" over 500.
