When done well, coaching has the power to impact revenue growth - but it requires clarity, context, and the ability to act quickly. To close out our 2025 Days of Delight, we’re excited to introduce Ambition’s new AI-Powered Coaching Assistant along with several product enhancements designed to make performance insights more flexible, intuitive, and accessible across the platform.
Together, these updates help sales leaders and frontline managers spend less time configuring tools and more time on revenue-driving activities.
AI-Powered Coaching Assistant

Ambition’s AI Assistant is an easy-to-use, in-app chat interface that allows revenue leaders, frontline sales managers, and individual reps to interact directly with real-time performance data.
Instead of digging through reports or dashboards, users can simply ask questions like:
- How is my team pacing toward our goals this month?
- Which reps should I prioritize for coaching time this week?
- What do I need to do to get back on track to hit quota this quarter?
The Assistant instantly delivers context-aware insights that take into account your team’s goals, metrics, and activity—making it easier to turn insight into action.
Watch a 3-minute video tutorial here.
What the AI Assistant delivers with a single prompt
- Sales leaders get high-level, real-time snapshots of risks, opportunities, and team standings in seconds
- Frontline managers receive up-to-the-minute summaries of progress toward weekly, monthly, or quarterly goals, plus recommendations on where to lean in to activate sellers and drive outcomes
- Reps can instantly generate step-by-step improvement plans or personalized stretch goals based on their specific profile activity.
The result? Faster insight, more focused coaching, and clearer priorities.

Organization-Level Date Configuration Settings

To support more consistent reporting and easier analysis, we’ve added a new Date Configuration tab in Organization Settings.
With this update, organizations can select which timeframe options appear across Ambition when viewing metrics, analytics, metric snapshot agenda items, and pipeline data. Admins can also set a default timeframe that will be applied on initial page load across core areas of the platform.
This gives teams more control over how time-based data is viewed - reducing confusion and ensuring everyone is working from the same frame of reference.
Productivity Quadrant Enhancements
We’ve also made several updates to the Productivity Quadrant to improve flexibility and usability.
Persist Last Metric Selections

A user’s selected X-axis, Y-axis, and timeframe in the Productivity Quadrant will now persist across sessions for each dashboard they visit.
For example:
- An AE dashboard can default to Pipeline Created vs. Won Opportunities
- An SDR dashboard can default to Appointments Set vs. Appointments Held
Additionally, if a customer only has a single scorecard component enabled, users will be prompted to search for both X and Y metrics the first time they access the quadrant. Once selected, those metrics will automatically populate the next time they return.
Productivity Quadrant Now Available Without Scorecards

Previously, access to the Productivity Quadrant was limited to customers using both activity and objective scorecards. That restriction has been removed.
Now, any customer with metrics enabled can use the Productivity Quadrant (even if they’re not using scorecards), and choose which metrics to plot on each axis.
Metric Audit Export

Understanding where metrics are used across your instance just got easier.
We’ve added an Export Metric Audit button to the Metric Library, allowing admins to download a multi-tab report that shows:
- Where each metric is used across Ambition
- A high-level overview with usage counts (e.g., number of scorecards)
- Detailed tabs by feature showing metric names, scorecards, score types, and weights
This makes it easier to audit metric usage, clean up redundancies, and manage changes with confidence.
What This Means for Teams
These updates reflect our ongoing commitment to making Ambition easier to use, more flexible, and more powerful—ultimately better empowering you to drive revenue growth.
From AI-powered coaching insight to smarter configuration and reporting tools, we’re continuing to build a platform that helps managers lead better conversations, reps focus on the right actions, and leaders see what matters most.
