Ambition, the leading sales coaching platform, today announced AI Insights built specifically for frontline sales managers. Using rep-based 90-day historical performance data and trends, AI Insights signal when an employee is above or below their normal daily boundaries. These real-time tips give managers prescriptive action to take whether it’s letting the rep fix the issue on their own, enrolling them in a skills training, or remediating.

According to Seth Marrs, principal analyst at Forrester, managers should set thresholds regarding when to intervene based on seller improvement progress. His recommended best practice is to implement “visibility to unlock each unique seller’s potential” and Ambition’s AI Insights solve for that.

In a 2024 voice-of-the-customer survey conducted by Ambition, sellers were asked if they experienced an increase in sales coaching because of Ambition? 89% of respondents said yes.
