February was a big month for product innovation at Ambition. (But really, aren’t they all?)

Across three major releases, Coaching Intelligence, Bracket Competitions, and updates to Metric Snapshots, we focused on one core outcome: Helping managers move from tracking performance to activating sellers.

Dashboards are great, but that’s just data. Real revenue growth comes from better coaching, sharper focus, and consistent execution.

Here’s a recap of what’s new.

Coaching Intelligence: Turn Coaching Data Into Action

Coaching Intelligence example

Ambition’s AI Assistant just got a major upgrade.

With the addition of Coaching Intelligence, managers and revenue leaders now have real-time visibility into their coaching effectiveness and the clarity to act on it immediately.

Managers can now ask questions like:

  • “What themes are showing up in my coaching sessions recently?”
  • “Who should I coach this week?”
  • “Summarize my last 90 days of coaching.”

Seller Activation: Bracket Competitions

Bracket Competitions example

February also marked the launch of one of our most requested features: Bracket Competitions! Not only is this a major milestone in our Seller Activation suite, it came just in time for March Madness.

Traditional gamification tools focus on points and prizes, often creating short-term excitement but rarely drive lasting performance change.

On the other hand, Bracket Competitions are embedded within Ambition’s broader Seller Activation system, where structured competition is paired with coaching, visibility, and accountability.

Why it Matters

Managers can:

  • Launch head-to-head competitions tied to high-value behaviors
  • Align brackets to meetings set, pipeline created, revenue generated, or other priority KPIs
  • Reinforce execution through coaching conversations
  • Channel competitive energy into consistent performance

Seller Activation centers behavior, motivation, and accountability. By embedding competitions into a broader performance system, Ambition enables organizations to move beyond tracking metrics, and instead activate the behaviors that actually impact pipeline.

For revenue leaders evaluating standalone gamification tools, this connectivity is the difference between engagement and execution.

Metric Snapshot Updates: Cleaner, Smarter 1:1s

Throughout February, Metric Snapshots got some updates designed to make regular coaching sessions more clear and focused.

We’ve enhanced the Metric Snapshot agenda item to:

  • Remove unnecessary clicks and blank fields
  • Automatically hide record and target options when they aren’t applicable
  • Allow employees to regenerate metric and pipeline snapshots so they always reflect the most up-to-date data

The result is more efficient 1:1s, less friction, and stronger execution conversations.

The Bigger Picture: From Tracking to Activation

Each of these releases ladders up to a single vision: Achieve peak sales activation by giving managers a trusted execution system that creates top-down visibility, sharpens focus, and drives more meaningful coaching.

If you’re ready to move beyond dashboards and into true Seller Activation, we’d love to show you what’s new.
