This week we’re unveiling Ambition AI, specifically our first AI launch of manager ✨Pre-Reads✨ for coaching Check-Ins.
It’s an incredible time to be working closely with customers to solve problems - because how we can solve problems is changing so quickly.
A few years ago, doing advanced statistics with lots of metric (sales KPI) data was pretty profound for sales managers and leaders. Tools like Ambition could give you a good view on where a rep or a team is forecasting to end up in terms of metric performance during some period. If you knew the prediction, you could take action on that prediction.
Pretty helpful! (and still helpful today!)
Enter today: managers, sales and revenue operations leaders, and sellers can interact with and leverage Ambition AI to enhance their ability to achieve revenue targets, by leveraging artificial intelligence alongside human intelligence.
What’s exciting about the rapid iteration of AI and our capability to deploy useful, impactful AI to enterprise revenue teams is that we at Ambition are now able to solve more problems, in more nuanced ways!
More problems? ✅
More nuanced solutions? ✅
At Ambition, we believe deeply in manager enablement - providing sales leaders and change agents more abilities to up-level the performance and effectiveness of their teams.
AI is allowing us to help sales managers be informed, more aligned to business objectives, and even more creative in their approach to coaching their teams.
Whether the organization is driving a new sales motion, trying to better forecast revenue, or looking to upskill and have higher quota attainment, consistency across the sales coaching process gets a lot easier with some help from the 🤖and Ambition AI.
Being a manager is hard! We don’t know all the answers. We might not have the time or the tools to manipulate our data to do robust analysis. We might not even know the right questions to ask.
But with coaching ✨Pre-Reads✨ by Ambition AI - we can let the 🤖do more of the heavy lifting. So we can connect with and coach our sellers on a more personal - a more human - level.
I’ve been a sales manager (a poor one) - and I wish I had a little 🤖 sidekick on my shoulder helping me uncover what was going unsaid or trends that I may not have known to look for.
And boy would I have loved some cliffs notes prior to my one-on-ones and my performance reviews with some suggested topics.
I believe your managers will too.
Have fun and happy selling,
BT
