Update #1. Faster Trigger Response Time

Update #2. New Trigger TimeFrames
We've added two new timeframes to the Trigger system: Quarterly and Annual.
This means managers now have the option to create triggers based on hitting daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance goals.
Update #3. More Trigger Content
Managers have more control over the content contained in a triggered alert.
The new Message field lets managers customize the Trigger content to specifically reference the person or entity involved. It also allows managers to embed images using markdown Title formatting.
