How does Ambition integrate with our tech stack?

Ambition pulls and pushes data via pre-built integrations with Salesforce, Slack, Cisco and Velocify. It can also accept data via API access, FTP, File Upload or Manual Entry. Learn more here.

Can we control access and permissions?

Yes. Your Ambition Admin has full governance over roles and permissions in the platform.

Does this replace our BI tools?

No. Ambition is designed to complement—not replace—your existing BI and CRM systems. It ingests data directly from platforms like Salesforce and BI sources to provide real-time performance tracking, alerts, and workflow-driven insights that help teams act on their data. While your CRM remains the system of record and your BI tools handle broad analytical reporting, Ambition turns that data into day-to-day execution intelligence that drives performance.

How does Ambition support AI safely?

Ambition doesn't train or fine-tune models on customer data. Anthropic trains the model, AWS Bedrock runs it. Customer data is only used temporarily in the context window of generating a response. All AI processing occurs within Ambition's VPC. Customer data does not leave our secure network environment. Each customer's data is processed separately and never shared with other customers. AI features only access data the authenticated user has permission to view.
