Can Ambition Track Data for Global Teams and in Multiple Currencies?

Summary: Ambition supports global sales teams by enabling time zone–specific scorecards, local currency tracking, and Salesforce multi-currency integration, so every rep sees performance data that's relevant to where and how they work.
Running a revenue team across multiple geographies is hard. Between time zones, currencies, and regional workflows, keeping everyone equally engaged and your data equally trustworthy takes more than a spreadsheet and good intentions.
This is something we hear often from RevOps leaders and front line managers, and it's a challenge we genuinely enjoy helping teams work through. Here's how Ambition handles it.
The Challenge: Global Teams, Inconsistent Data
When your reps span North America and EMEA, standard leaderboards can misrepresent effort. A rep in Paris working hard at 9 a.m. shouldn't look inactive on a scoreboard calibrated for Denver. And when financial data rolls up in mixed currencies, your reporting gets murky fast, making it harder to forecast confidently or coach to the right numbers.
These aren't edge cases. They're the daily reality for enterprise revenue organizations, and they deserve a real solution.
How Ambition Supports Global Teams
Time Zone Aware Scorecards and Competitions
When you add reps to Ambition, you set their time zone. Their scorecards then reflect their local working hours, so a rep in Colorado runs on MST while their counterpart in Paris operates on CST. Performance metrics stay relevant, motivating, and accurate for everyone.
This extends to competitions, too. You can create contests that start and end based on each rep's local time, so no one is competing outside their actual workday. Workflow notifications, like end of day dial reminders and monthly revenue leader announcements, can be scheduled to land when your team is actually online. It's a small setup step that makes a big difference in how engaged your reps feel day to day.
Multi-Currency Tracking
For teams using Salesforce, Ambition integrates directly with Salesforce's Multi-Currency Support. Once activated, Ambition translates records from any source currency into your preferred reporting currency, giving you a clean, consolidated view of global performance.
Not on Salesforce? No problem. You can still build region specific scorecards that track revenue in the local currency, like euros for your European SDRs, yen for your APAC AEs, etc. Ambition also supports custom currency symbols, and our Support team is happy to help you get those configured.
What This Means for Revenue Leaders
Accurate, localized data does more than clean up your reports. It signals to reps that the system sees them clearly, and that recognition drives engagement.
When a rep's scorecard reflects their actual hours and their actual currency, they're more likely to trust it, act on it, and compete. We've seen this play out across teams of all sizes, and it's one of those platform details that quietly has an outsized impact on culture. That's the execution loop that high performance cultures are built on.
