More structure, consistency, and scalability for coaching
This round of updates continues to reinforce Ambition’s focus on helping teams turn strategy into execution.
We’ve made improvements to the unified coaching experience, including updates to terminology that reflect a more structured approach (moving from “check-ins” to “sessions”), along with fixes that make coaching programs easier to manage and scale across teams.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also improved:
- Coaching analytics accessibility and permissions
- The ability to manage recurring coaching sessions
- Stability around templates, file attachments, and agenda workflows
These changes may seem incremental, but they add up to something bigger: a more reliable system for consistent manager-led coaching.
More visibility into performance and metrics
To help leaders better understand performance and make faster decisions, we’ve continued improving how metrics are surfaced and analyzed.
A notable update includes enhancements to the Metric Library export, which now supports a “most recent value” computation, making it easier to quickly understand current performance without additional manual work.
We also resolved several issues related to CSV exports and column ordering, time-series reporting accuracy, and metric consistency across scorecards and dashboards.
Together, these updates ensure that the data teams rely on is accurate, accessible, and aligned across views—a critical foundation for effective coaching and performance management.
Greater flexibility for competitions
On the seller activation side, we introduced and expanded support for Bracket Competitions, which launched just in time for March Madness.
These competitions bring a new level of energy and visibility to team performance, with follow-on updates this month that allow users to:
- Edit competitions after creation
- Seamlessly integrate into TV displays and slides
- See real-time visibility into matchups, countdowns, and winners
We also made it easier to manage visibility settings across all competition types, allowing admins to toggle hidden mode directly from quick actions.
The result is more flexible, engaging ways to motivate teams and highlight performance in real time.
Smarter navigation and workflow improvements
We’ve also made small but meaningful improvements to how users move through the Ambition platform and complete key workflows.
For example:
- The ability to update landing pages in bulk, ensuring each user can engage with the right experience as soon as they log in
- Updates to user uploads and integrations improve data accuracy and reduce friction
- Expanded AI Assistant result limits improve visibility into team relationships and reporting
These updates help ensure that Ambition fits more naturally into the day-to-day workflows of managers and reps.
Zooming out
While each of these updates delivers incremental value on its own, together they move revenue teams toward a world where coaching is structured and scalable, performance data is actionable, and workflows are seamlessly integrated.
In other words, we’re continuing to invest in what drives predictable revenue: consistent execution at the frontline.
