VP of Sales

Ambition is hiring a Vice President of Sales to help scale our revenue, team, and company. This is an exciting opportunity within an emerging, growth-stage software company that is positioned to win:

  • Enterprise customers - FedEx, ADP, Wayfair, Aerotek

  • Category leader with best-in-class product

  • Profitable with lean team and ethos

We are specifically looking for candidates with a track record scaling subscription revenue from 5M to 20M... Ambition will be your second or third time doing it. You should have direct experience with the following:

  • Defining, refining, optimizing sales strategies and best practices

  • Creating, championing a team-first culture

  • Defining, promoting, ensuring collaboration between marketing, sales, and success

  • Hiring, training, coaching employees

    • Sales Development Representatives

    • Account Executives (Mid-Market and Enterprise)

    • Account Managers

Ambition HQ is in Chattanooga, Tennessee with the majority of our go-to-market team in Nashville, where you will be located.
