We're seeking an experienced, creative, dynamic leader to own marketing strategy and brand development at Ambition while working within executive leadership team to strengthen our position across the industry and accelerate and optimize go-to-market efforts.
- Create and execute innovative marketing strategies to profitably generate revenue.
- Grow brand recognition, category leadership, and analyst relationships.
- Drive ongoing analysis of Ambition's market, customers, products, pricing, partners, and competition.
- Define and refine personas and buyer journeys using data and primary research.
- Provide direction on content strategy and asset creation.
- Proactively recognize and collaboratively act upon gaps in pipeline.
- Work with enablement team to develop go-to-market playbooks and programs.
Who You Are:
- An accomplished enterprise SaaS marketing leader with a bias for hands-on execution and employee development.
- A growth-stage veteran who deeply understands best-practices, channels, playbooks, and metrics.
- Experience providing marketing support to sales-led outbound activity.
- Experience collaborating with a product team to plan and execute the market launch of new products and functionality.
- Highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability.
- Data-driven with a track record of using qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize, make decisions, and lead.
