Ambition is starting to scale our end-to-end sales process and we're looking to hire our first Sales Engineer to decouple the more complex, technical aspects of solution-selling from current sales team. Being the first in this role you'll be responsible for working directly with founders to define expectations and set a high bar for yourself and those to follow.
- 2+ years experience as Sales Engineer within a software company strongly preferred.
- Technical aptitude. Engineering background strongly preferred.
Your first several months will be spent working with team to acquire an encylopedic knowledge of the Ambition product and platform. This will include building out a wide variety of complex scenarios within sandboxed environments.
- Assist sales team with product demonstrations and technical diligence.
- Define and continually refine demonstration script for specific customer needs and scenarios.
- Assist customer success team with implementation and onboarding.
- Develop working relationships with customers' technical assets.
- Improve end-user technical documentation.
- Build tools and process to improve pre-sales experience and efficiency.
