We are looking for a proven product manager to interface with customers, lead our teams through product discovery and continuously deliver value with every release.  As a senior member of the product team, you will help shape the vision and establish the roadmap for of the #1 sales management platform in the world.

What You'll Need:

  • 6+ years of experience delivering SaaS products to market.

  • Strong user, customer and stakeholder empathy.

  • Ability to aggregate and distill complex requirements requests into easy-to-understand solutions and phases for delivery

  • Experienced in working collaboratively to create, refine, and scope requirements alongside cross-functional stakeholders, ranging from engineers and designers to executive leadership. 

  • Ability to effectively maintain a prioritized backlog of problems to be solved and work to be done in a fast paced environment

  • A track record of making evidence based decisions and evaluating the success of features and overall health of the product. 

  • Ability to define what success looks like for strategic initiatives. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface at all levels of the organization within and outside of the company.

  • Comfortable presenting broad concepts to customers and speaking articulately about product strategies. 

  • A deep commitment to engaging and empowering the technologists who build our software.


What You’ll do

  • Continuously deliver value to our customers and market.

  • Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying high value opportunities  that align to our company and product strategy.

  • Work closely with designers and engineers to solve problems and design solutions through our discovery process.

  • Drive prioritization and determine tradeoffs between effort vs value, always keeping our users and customers in mind.

  • Write and communicate release documentation highlighting the customer or market problem and how our solution addresses it.

  • Present the product vision and roadmap to customers and other stakeholders.

  • Conduct customer interviews to validate solutions or gather feedback on existing capabilities.

  • Identify key success metrics for your product surface and report progress on KPIs and business outcomes.

  • Become a subject matter expert in performance management, coaching and gamification best practices.

  • Mentor junior members of the team, setting an example of a great product leader and motivating new team members.

  • Educate, mentor and train team members across the entire company on our product methodology and philosophy.
