People Coordinator

Chattanooga Nashville Remote (USA)

Ambition is gamification and coaching software for sales teams. As a People Coordinator, reporting to the VP of People, you will play a vital role in Ambition’s growth and success. As a relatively new team, you will also have the opportunity to be creative and present new ideas. 


Responsibilities include: 

  • Preparing offer letters for new candidates
  • Conducting compensation analysis for various roles
  • Ensuring candidate data is being effectively maintained and process is being followed 
  • Assisting with numerous areas of onboarding - paperwork, coordination/mailing of new hire swag and computers, scheduling training, ensuring scheduling of welcome meetings, and creating/updating onboarding documents 
  • Handling weekly virtual and occasional in-person event logistics 
  • Developing, presenting, and implementing new culture-related programs 
  • Assisting with office management in Nashville and Chattanooga
  • Managing celebrations - birthdays, work anniversaries, babies, team appreciations, holidays, etc
  • Assisting with the design of office supplies, swag, and stationary 
  • Assisting with employment verifications 



  • Experience as a talent coordinator or similar role
  • A love of networking, meeting new people, and developing lasting relationships
  • Ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail all while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn, to teach, and to always be iterating 
  • Ability to travel between offices

  • Experience using a project management tool (we use Asana)
  • SaaS experience
