People Acquisition Manager

Chattanooga Nashville Remote (USA)

Ambition is gamification and coaching software for sales teams. People are at the heart of what we do and we are searching for someone who can help grow our team. As a People Acquisition Manager, reporting to the VP of People, you will play a vital role in Ambition’s growth and success. As a relatively new team, you will also have the opportunity to develop and implement new processes and frameworks.

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Sourcing a diverse pool of candidates through various channels
  • Maintaining multiple recruiting projects at a time while meeting hiring deadlines
  • Establishing relationships with the hiring managers to understand their sourcing needs
  • Understanding and studying the organizational plans and objectives in order to develop a recruiting strategy
  • Managing inbound applicants and proactively building a strong network of candidates for “ the bench”
  • Creating an engaging candidate experience - from excellent communication (email, phone, text, Zoom) to scheduling timely interviews to conducting thoughtful follow up
  • Creating job description templates 
  • Working with hiring managers to craft compelling compelling job descriptions
  • Posting open roles to website,  job boards, networks, social, etc 
  • Developing interview format and templates based on Ambition values
  • Helping to build company awareness and excitement through both internal and external brand advocacy
  • Tracking and reporting on recruiting and hiring metrics 

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience recruiting in SaaS or comparable 
  • A love of networking, meeting new people, and developing lasting relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail all while meeting deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A willingness to learn, to teach, and to always be iterating
