Graphic Designer

Atlanta Chattanooga Nashville Remote (USA)

We’re looking for a seasoned and intentional Graphic Designer who is ready to roll up their sleeves, juggle multiple projects, and tell the Ambition story through engaging visuals and creative concepts. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Director of Content Marketing and be involved in all aspects of the design process from project conceptualization through production. The perfect candidate is someone who can create a wide range of graphic assets, uphold brand consistency, and work strategically in the fast-paced world of sales technology.



  • Conceptualize and design digital executions including social media images, display ads, infographics, landing pages, eBooks, case studies, email templates, and more
  • Collaborate on website graphics with our internal web developer 
  • Design presentation decks for sales, customer success, and leadership
  • Design and oversee print projects including direct mail 
  • Build campaign themes and collateral materials and special publications
  • Create video assets and animations   
  • Design materials for in-person and virtual events and conferences
  • Present compelling and smart ideas at internal brainstorming and planning sessions
  • Maintain a centralized library with all design assets
  • Take the brand to the next level by evolving and formalizing it over time
  • Other duties as assigned 



  • Degree in design, advertising, fine arts, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and marketing
  • Proven portfolio 
  • Knowledge of design principles, graphic design, layout, typography, and color
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc 
  • Proficient in Hubspot
  • Must be comfortable and confident moving fast and growing with the company

  • A background in SaaS or B2B marketing
  • A self starter who can work independently or in a team setting
  • Ability to design with accuracy 
  • Photography skills
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism on projects from partners across the organization
