Enterprise Marketing Manager

Atlanta Chattanooga Nashville Remote

We are looking for a forward-thinking marketer to join our team and boost Ambition’s success as a high-growth tech company. This team covers everything from product marketing (positioning, market research, messaging, product release, etc.) to acquisition marketing (demand generation, lead generation, campaigns, etc.) to content marketing (driving awareness, thought leadership etc.), and you’ll likely do some of each. Since we’re a small team, you’ll be expected to wear many hats and stretch from strategic to tactical.

This role is 100% focused on driving leads and meetings in our target enterprise accounts. You will be working with a small, smart pod of enterprise-focused team members from across the business.

  • Lead generation from target enterprise accounts

  • Meeting sets from target enterprise accounts

  • Expansion in target enterprise accounts

You enjoy doing these things:

  • Ideating and executing on creative marketing campaigns

    • Working off of target list of accounts, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing on a plan of attack for each account, alongside enterprise AEs and CSMs

    • You will own the campaigns from start to finish, which means you will need to be strategic AND tactical.

    • You will advise the rest of the marketing team on industry-based marketing to support mid-market AEs

  • Tracking and measuring your success

    • Nothing you create is untracked

  • Collaborating cross-functionally

    • Your enterprise pod(s) will consist of enterprise AE(s) and CSM(s). This group works in lockstep and is 100% focused on winning and expanding in the same list of accounts.

  • Creating something new with huge impact on the business

    • Enterprise is an enormous opportunity for us. We already know we provide huge value to this segment, now we need to develop our playbook to win more business.

Who you are:

  • A data-driven, curious hustler

  • You are cool with unstructured environments -- sometimes you just have to figure it out

  • You are solution-oriented

  • You are a great writer

  • You can negotiate a deal with a vendor

  • You have worked on or with a sales team before

  • Bonus if you are experienced in ABM

  • Is comfortable with tech systems (we use Salesforce, Hubspot, Canva, Zoom, and more)

  • Most importantly, you are in it to learn, grow, and deliver as a team

Ambition is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee with a Nashville office. We have remote employees in Atlanta, Austin, and Buffalo, as we believe in hiring the best people regardless of their geography. However, due to the nature of this role, we prefer to hire in the Nashville area. We also believe:
