Account Executive

Last year we hit product-market fit and grew 360% with no paid advertising and only a couple salespeople. We're in an emerging market, have a best-in-class product, outstanding content marketing, and a proven value-prop backed by a dozen hard-won case studies.

We're looking for proven salespeople looking for a greenfield opportunity to make a substantial impact to the growth curve of Ambition.


  • Track-record surpassing quota while selling SaaS solutions with >15k ACV. 
  • Experience selling to VP and C-Level executives.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise companies. 
  • Experience selling in a new market without brand name credibility. 


  • Exceed activity, pipeline, revenue goals on a quarterly basis. 
    • Track all details and notes in Salesforce. 
  • Prepare and conduct demonstrations to multiple stakeholders within an organization. 
  • Prepare proposals and quotes, oversee contract negotiation.
  • Partner with sales engineering and customer success to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction.
